Composite Code has not launched yet. These terms currently cover the waitlist; a full Terms of Service for the live API will be published before general availability and the waitlist will be re-notified.
These terms apply to anyone who submits the waitlist form at compositellm.ai, operated by Compositellm, Inc. ("Composite," "we," "us"). By submitting the form you agree to these terms.
Joining the waitlist reserves your place for early access to Composite Code. It is not a purchase, subscription, or binding commitment on either side — we may change pricing, scope, or timeline before launch, and you may withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@compositellm.ai.
The Composite API is in private design-partner development and is not generally available. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide a live API service today. Once the API opens for onboarding, use of it will be governed by a separate API Terms of Service, published here and linked from your account console before you can send production traffic.
Don't misuse this site — no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to bypass the waitlist form's intended use, no submitting the form with data you don't have the right to provide.
The Composite name, brand, and site content belong to Compositellm, Inc. Joining the waitlist doesn't grant you any license to our marks or content beyond normal browser viewing.
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," pre-launch, with no uptime or accuracy guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Compositellm, Inc. isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its pre-launch content.
We'll update the effective date above whenever these terms change, and notify the waitlist by email for any change that materially affects your rights — particularly the full API Terms of Service we'll publish before launch (see §3).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
